Empathy mapping helps you to make better decisions by getting inside the mind of a client or stakeholder. The workshop will provide a hands-on experience in empathy mapping, guiding participants through creating detailed empathy maps. This will help uncover deep insights into the thoughts and feelings of various stakeholders, leading to better communication and care strategies. Participants will leave the workshop with a comprehensive empathy mapping toolkit, including templates, guidelines, and a step-by-step plan to implement the technique in their daily operations.

- Learn what empathy mapping is and why it’s important.
- Recognize the parts of an empathy map: thoughts, feelings, actions, and influences.
- Gain hands-on experience by making empathy maps during the workshop.
- Understand how to use empathy maps to enhance decision-making and communication strategies.
