Projects play a crucial role in our daily operations. We will discuss specific tools, templates, and techniques that can be valuable in managing projects effectively. Learn about a typical project framework and lifecycle by walking through Toronto Humane Society’s recent crisis campaign – a communication initiative which raised awareness of the challenges facing pet owners in our community and $150k towards our programs. We will highlight how redeployment of staff helped build internal capacity to support more Torontonians and their pets.
