Booth Sizes and Amenities

10 x 10 Exhibit Booth
One 6' Draped Table with Two Side Chairs and One Waste Basket

10 x 20 Exhibit Booth
Two 6’ Draped Tables with Four Side Chairs and One Waste Basket

Each booth will have an 8' backdrop and 3' sides.  Should your display require space for hanging banners or other space requirements, please reach out by October 16th to let us know and we will make every attempt to accommodate those requests.

Tuesday, November 19th
• 8 - 9am: Continental Breakfast
• 11:30am - 1pm: Lunch

Hotel Shipping & Receiving

Due to limited storage at the hotel, shipments should NOT arrive earlier than Thursday, November 14, 2024.

Conference App - Exhibitor Portal

The Conference App is a helpful tool for attendees to navigate the conference.  As an exhibitor, you'll have dedicated space within the app to provide helpful information and any downloadable materials.

By 11/03/2024, the primary contact will receive an email from TripBuilder Media with their credential so they can log into and edit the information for your organization.
