Conference FAQ - AAWA Conference

Already registered for the Annual Conference but want to attend The Network: Live? Follow the steps below to add it to your existing registration. Your conference registration will remain unchanged.

Log into your account.
From the homepage, hover over For Members, select My Account, then click Payments & History.
Select the Event Registrations tab.
Click the pencil icon to edit the registration.
On the Attendee Selections tab, choose The Network Live ONLY ticket.
Scroll down and click Save & Proceed to Checkout.

YOUR PART

Become a Member. If you're not already a member, sign up for an Animal Welfare Professional membership ($250/year). If you already have a free Learning Non-Member account, click here to upgrade to Animal Welfare Professional.
Register for the Conference. Once you're a member, register at the Animal Welfare Professional rate.
Visit our Conference Discount Page to get a 25% discount code to share with your colleague(s).

Have each colleague you're bringing:

Create a free Learning Non-Member account by clicking the Join button under the Learning Non-Member column.
Register for the Conference at the Learning Non-Member Bundle rate.
Apply the discount code at checkout to receive 25% off your registration.

Non-members who register this way will also receive a full Animal Welfare Professional membership—for free! Their one-year membership will begin November 1, 2026.

Bringing a guest or companion who isn't registered for the conference? You can add a Guest/Companion Evening Social Events Package to your existing registration so they can join you for the conference's evening social events.

This package is intended for guests/companions who are not registered conference attendees and includes access to evening social events only.

Log into your account
From the homepage, hover over For Members, select My Account, then click Payments & History.
Select the Event Registrations tab.
Click the pencil icon to edit your registration.
On the Attendee Selections tab, choose The Annual Conference 2026 Guest/Companion Evening Social Events Package
Scroll down and click Save & Proceed to Checkout

Your paid conference invoice serves as your receipt. Follow the steps below to view or print a copy.

Log into your account.
From the homepage, hover over For Members, select My Account, then click Payments & History.
Select the Invoices tab.
Select the Store & Events tab.
Under Filter by status, select Any Status.
Click the View/Print Invoice icon to the left of the order date to view or print your conference receipt.

Use the below QR code to locate the app in the app store.
Enter your username, which will be the email you used to register for the conference
Enter the password: AAWA2023

If you get an "Invalid Credentials" error, try using the Password Reset button on the login page of the app.

Note: If you installed last year’s conference app, you may get a message asking you to update. This will not work—please follow the instructions above. Any problems, we’re here for you. Contact meetings@theaawa.org with your questions.
