Each booth will have an 8' backdrop and 3' sides. Should your display have other space requirements, please reach out by September 4 to let us know and we will make every attempt to accommodate those requests.

FERN Exhibit Services is the Official Exhibit Partner for the 2026 Annual Conference. They will provide all Exhibit support for the conference, including in-bound & out-bound shipments, furniture rental, literature racks, etc. FERN will have a service desk & personnel on-site throughout the conference.
