Rich Anderson has served the nonprofit sector for more than 30 years. Before launching Anderson Impact nonprofit and philanthropic consulting in 2022, for 11 years Rich served as CEO of Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League. Under his leadership, the organization saw its budget grow from $5.1 million to $11.9 million, its staff expand from 55 employees to 135 and, most importantly, its impact grow by 94%. In addition to raising $95 million to support Peggy Adams programs and services, Rich led a successful $17.6 million capital campaign.
Kelley Likes, CAWA
President & CEO, Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region
Kelley Likes is the President and CEO at the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region and has 15 years of fundraising experience, is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), and Certified Animal Welfare Administrator (CAWA). Since joining HSPPR in 2017, the philanthropy program has grown extensively, incorporating the Marketing/Communications and Volunteer Services teams and increasing fundraising revenues by more than 150%.
