Ever wished your board members could provide more powerful fundraising assistance?

Embrace the idea that inspired board members are the ones who will help propel your organization forward. In this session, Linda will guide you through the treasure-mapping process. We’ll talk about how to get the board to enjoy the development process… maybe even look forward to it! From creating tools that make it easy for board members to ask, to helping them understand the various ways they can assist in the development process, you’ll receive practical tools for maximizing your board’s fundraising prowess. You’ll also learn how to work each board member’s personal treasure map, helping them mine their contacts to find potential donors who may have interest in a long-term relationship with your nonprofit.

The session will also challenge you to think about the many hands-on ways you and your team can light a renewed fire in your board members’ hearts, sparking new willingness to participate in the healthy practice of philanthropy – the love of people – and light the way to even more hidden treasure that will help you support those you serve!
