Bobby Mann is the Chief Advancement Officer for the Humane Rescue Alliance where he oversees advocacy efforts, public affairs, communications, and development programs. Bobby has nearly two decades of experience at municipal and nonprofit animal shelters.
Previously, Bobby was American Pets Alive!’s Maddie’s® Human Animal Support Services (HASS) pilot director. Bobby spent more than a decade working in Sacramento animal shelters, at Sacramento SPCA and later at Front Street Animal Shelter.
