Become a Member. If you don’t already have one, sign up for an Animal Welfare Professional membership ($250/year). If you already have a free Learning Non-Member account click here to upgrade to Animal Welfare Professional.
Register for the Conference. Once you're a member, register at the Animal Welfare Professional rate. View registration info here.
Visit our Conference Discount page for a code to share with your colleague(s).

Have anyone you're bringing:

Sign up for a free Learning Member account by clicking the “Join” button under the Learning Non-Member
Register for the conference at the Learning Non-Member Bundle rate. View registration info here.
Enter the discount code you found on our Conference Discount Page.

Bonus for Your Colleague!
Non-Members who register this way will be upgraded to a full Animal Welfare Professional membership—for free! Their one-year membership will begin November 1, 2025.

Use the below QR code to locate the app in the app store.
Enter your username, which will be the email you used to register for the conference
Enter the password: AAWA2023

If you get an "Invalid Credentials" error, try using the Password Reset button on the login page of the app.

Note: If you installed last year’s conference app, you may get a message asking you to update. This will not work—please follow the instructions above. Any problems, we’re here for you. Contact meetings@theaawa.org with your questions.
