Morning Stretch

Start the day with yoga-based stretching and strengthening, along with some simple mindfulness exercises that will leave you feeling inspired and grounded for day one of The Annual Conference. Bring a towel and anything else you feel you’ll need to move freely and comfortably.

 

P.S. Rather not sit on the floor? All of these movements can be done in a chair, too.

P.S.S. Don’t like yoga? Try it anyway—who knew buzzing, twisting, and roaring could be such fun?! All levels of experience welcome.

 

 

 

Morning Stretch is led by Pune Dracker, MA, MFA, RYT-200. Pune teaches Hatha yoga and dance, and writes, edits, and strategizes digital communications for The Association.
