Strengthening the Pack: Why Intentional People Practices Must Become a Lifesaving Strategy
October 27, 2026
1:45 pm - 2:45 pm |
This session reframes “HR” as a lifesaving strategy, not a bureaucratic task list. We’ll explore how to infuse intentional people support across the whole ecosystem: structured onboarding that prevents early exits; buddy/mentor systems that build confidence; clear multi audience handbooks that align expectations; and practical leader development tracks that prepare emerging supervisors before they’re promoted. These are not corporate extras they are operational necessities that protect teams, animals, and community trust.
