Each booth will have an 8' backdrop and 3' sides. Should your display have other space requirements, please reach out by October 16 to let us know and we will make every attempt to accommodate those requests.

Exhibitor Logistics

FERN Exhibit Services is the Official Exhibit Partner for the 2025 Annual Conference. They will provide all Exhibit support for the conference, including in-bound & out-bound shipments, furniture rental, literature racks, etc. FERN will have a service desk & personnel on-site throughout the conference. 

Each exhibitor will receive a CUSTOM email invitation to access the FERN On-Line order portal, OneView. Confirmed exhibitors will access OneView via, www.fernoneview.com.

Advance shipments will be accepted from October 1 – October 31, 2025. All shipments will be delivered to your booth on Monday, November 3.

**Be sure to keep all tracking numbers, this will help FERN locate any missing boxes/shipments as needed.**

If you plan to bring your exhibit items directly to the hotel, please be advised that shipping/receiving dock space is extremely limited, and you will need to work directly with the hotel to make the necessary arrangements. The Conference App is a helpful tool for attendees to navigate the conference.  As an exhibitor, you'll have dedicated space within the app to provide helpful information and any downloadable materials.
